Quotes, Bookings, and Orders
Quotes, bookings, scheduling, and product purchases may be completed through our website or third-party platforms, including QuoteIQ. All pricing, deposits, service details, and order terms are disclosed prior to confirmation.

Payments
Payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers, including Stripe. MetroMaiden does not store full payment card information.

Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds
Cleaning services are non-returnable and non-refundable once completed. Service-related refund requests are governed by our Cleaning Services Refund Policy.
Product returns and refunds are governed by our Store Refund & Return Policy. Policies are disclosed at the time of purchase or booking.
